We are recruiting volunteers for "2023 Tokai-Hokuriku B-1 Grand Prix in Yokkaichi", which takes place over two days, Nov. 18-19, 2023. About 20 groups from the whole Japan are going to offer booths and promote their local attractions through the local cuisine.

What should volunteers do?

-- Supporting the booths; Organizing the visitors' queue
-- Cleaning the venue; Picking up trash
-- Other works to support the event progress

What is requred to volunteers?

You must be a high school student or older as of 2023.
[NOTE1] If you are under18 years old, please submit the document of permission from a parent or gardian.

Please don't fail to attend the explanation meeting on 5, Nov. 2023.

Other Matters

-- The volunteers will be provided with lunch and drinks.
-- Commuting expense will not be paid.
-- No attached parking lot. Public transportation or bikes are recommended.
-- Polo shirts will be provided as uniforms. Please wear it during the event.There are no other rules for clothing.

The "2023 Tokai-Hokuriku B-1 Grand Prix in Yokkaichi" will be held on November 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), 2023. We will sell tickets that can be used as vouchers at various stores. We call for stores that will accept our tickets as vouchers. In addition, we are also looking for stores that can lend us their bathrooms on the day of the event in case of a shortage of toilets. Please register your shop to help us provide hospitality to visitors to the event.

Call for Ticket-accessible Shops and Bathroom Cooperation Shops

For the B-1 Grand Prix, tickets to purchase local cuisine are required. One ticket book contains 10 tickets for 100 JPY each. For those unable to use up all the tickets, we are looking for stores where the tickets can be used during the event and for a certain period. In addition, in case of a shortage of restrooms, we are also calling for stores that cooperate in providing restroom facilities.

Ticket Availability

18 November (Sat) - 3 December (Sun), 2023

After the period above, please bring your ticket to the office, and we will transfer the money to your bank account later.
The ticket will be redeemed for the equivalent amount.
The transfer fee is at our expense.

    Stickers will be sent from the event office.

  • Step 3

    Period during which tickets can be used (November 18 - December 3).
    Please display the ticket-accessible store sticker at the storefront.
    Please display the restroom cooperating store
    stickers on the event day, 18-19 November.

  • Step 4

    Receive the refund of the obtained tickets at the convention secretariat,
    Yokkaichi City Hall Tourism Exchange Division, City Hall Main Building 9F.

Appliation Requirements

Stores in any industry can apply.

Please display the ticket-accessible store sticker or the restroom cooperating store stickers at the storefront. The display period will be from November 18 to December 3 for stores where tickets are available, and November 18 and 19 on the day of the event for stores cooperating with restrooms. Stickers will be prepared by the event office and will be mailed or otherwise delivered before the event.
The ticket-accessible stores will be listed on the website. However, this may not be possible due to circumstances on the date of application.
