“Torimotsu-ni(stewed giblets)” is a dish cooked over high heat using a small amount of teriyaki sauce and coating the giblets with the sauce that turns into a candy-like substance. The key to Kofu Torimotsuni is a glaze with the perfect heat and timing!
“Torimotsu(giblets)” is a pun for “bring up.” Under the slogan “Kofu Torimotsu-ni Cheers Up Kofu,” we, the Torimotsu-tai, are passionate about bringing together lovers, families, friends, and all other relationships!
