Echizen Sakai Karami Soba de Anata no Soba de Karamitai (Echizen Sakai Karami Soba Party)

Introduction of the Enrolled Organizations

Echizen Sakai Karami Soba is soba(buckwheat noodles) with Japanese broth and squeezed juice of ground daikon radish. “Echizen Sakai Karami Soba Party” is a community-promoting organization with this traditional local cuisine. Our original Japanese name is a play on words: “Karami(“sharp taste” and “relationship”),” “soba(“buckwheat noodles” and “beside”), and “…Tai(“a party” and “want to”).” We engage in community-encouraging activities all over Japan to inspire the movement of citizens.
