Hamamatsu Gyoza Dumpling Conference is a non-government organization promoting Hamamatsu City with Hamamatsu Gyoza Dumpling. We are sharing Hamamatsu attractions with all of Japan. All the members have the greatest fondness of Hamamatsu, and engage in even small things with sincerity, cheerfulness, enjoyment, and smiles. With delicious Hamamatsu Gyoza Dumpling, we want to revitalize the whole of Japan, not only Hamamatsu.

Introduction of the Cities and Towns

Hamamatsu is located roughly halfway between Tokyo and Osaka. It is known as a “manufacturing town” such as the industries of musical instruments, motorbikes, and cars. In the background of these sucess, there is a nature of trying out tough things of Hamamatsu people: “Yaramaika(Let’s try out).” Besides Gyoza dumplings, eels, and soft-shelled turtles are typical traditional delicacies in Hamamatsu!
